1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We offer reliable, fully tracked standard shipping across mainland UK. Our rates are calculated based on your total order value at checkout:
- Orders Over £20: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders Under £20: £3.99 Flat Rate Shipping Fee
All orders are dispatched via trusted UK courier networks (such as Royal Mail or Evri) using standard delivery. Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- Our daily order cut-off time for same-day or next-day processing is 2:00 PM (UK Time). Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend/holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.
3. Age Verification Upon Delivery
Please note that we operate a strict 18+ Age Verification Policy. If our automated background age-check system at checkout cannot verify your age, your shipment will be placed on hold until valid photo ID is provided.
Furthermore, our couriers operate under a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25, the delivery driver may ask for a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving License) before handing over the parcel. Packages will not be left with anyone under the age of 18.
4. Missing or Delayed Shipments
While we aim to deliver all parcels within 3-5 working days, minor delays can sometimes occur within the courier network due to peak seasons or weather conditions.
